Is there an age restriction

My daughter lives and works in Beijing. I have visited three times but would like to stay for an indefinate time from March 2025.
In reading application process for S1 visa the ages of 14-70 are mentioned. I will turn 70 on November 18 / 2024.
Do I not qualify?

You can also apply for S1 visa. I guess the 14-70 part is related to the need of fingerprint or other thing. Visa application does not have a restriction on age of the applicant.
