Any restrictions on when you can re-visit china?

Hi,

I wonder if there are any restrictions on how soon you can visit china again after using the 144hour visa?

would a trip like this be possible:
Vietnam -> Beijing (3 days) -> Taiwan (3 days) -> Shanghai (3 days) -> Vietnam
