About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

London to Tokyo through Beijing Terminal 3 - 1h to change ?

Hi,

We will arrive from London to PEK at 14.45 and are meant to catch our connection flight to Tokyo which departs at 15.45, one hour later. Being in the same terminal (3), we were told by Gotogate that an hour was enough for our connection, but everywhere else says it needs at least 120mins. Do you think we are definitely going to miss it ? And in that case, would Air China help us find an alternative ?
Many thanks - this is making us extremely nervous.

Hi,

We're getting the same flight - we're also concerned but the minimum international to international transfer time is 60 minutes. We've been told that the ticket isn't able to be sold if its not possible to make the connection. The only advice I can give is to try and get off the plane and through the process quickly - maybe explain to the security staff to see if you can get moved to the front of the queue. If you don't make the connection through the fault fo the airline, they have to get you on an alternative flight or put you up in accommodation. If you're also flying Air China, there's another flight 90 mins after your connection to be aware of.

Hi,
I am in the same flight. I have booked my seats as close as posible to the airplane exit in order to do the transfer quickly.
