About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

2 hours doable from IAD arrival to connecting flight to Manila at Beijing Capital Airport?

And vice versa?
Will there be enough time? Layover with only 2 hours to catch next flight out.
Need to leave and check in again?
