US citizen Shenzhen TWOV

I’m a US citizen traveling to Vietnam with a transfer in Shenzhen to Xiamen with 22 hr layover in Xiamen then on to Vietnam. My question is Can I get a TWOV in Shenzhen and then is it still good in Xiamen

As I know, Shenzhen now issues the 24h twov. But I cannot sure if you will be fine to do a transfer in Shenzhen to Xiamen. You are advised to contact the immigration counter in Shenzhen airport to confirm this. Good luck.
