have a ticket from Istanbul to Melbourne with China Southern Airlines at Beijing Capital Airport

There are two transfers, first is Beijing second is Guangzhou and total time (including waiting and flight time) is not over 24 hours in China. I have a visa for Australia , I am a Turkish citizen. So am i eligible for 24 hours transfer without visa policy?
