About:Visa on Arrival

From Istanbul to Shenzhen

I am planning to fly from IST to HKG. Can I get a visa at the entrance in Shenzhen from there? Or should I follow a different process?

You can take a ferry to Shenzhen from HK and apply for a VOA at Luohu, Huanggang, and Shekou Port.

Unfortunately, the citizens of Turkey are not eligible for Shenzhen/Zhuhai visas on arrival. The only way how could you enter Shenzhen or Zhuhai is by obtaining a Chinese visa in advance. I'm sorry.
