About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I'll be flying from Tokyo/Istanbul with Air China. I'll be transferring to T3 at T3.

I'll be flying from Tokyo/Istanbul with Air China. I'll be transferring to T3 at T3. It's the same airline. There's a 7.5-hour layover. Is there anything I need to do? In the meantime, can I get to Beijing as soon as possible? Thank you in advance.

No special procedures for the transfer. You can get to Beijing city center after obtaining a 24h temporary visa-free transit at the border counter (normally you need 8h layover to get it, so it's not guaranteed).
