Traveling to Taiwan for 4 days in June with family of 4 (10years & 16 years kids)

We love to travel and would like to explore the country of Taiwan. Kids love exploring new cuisines and new culture. What is the best way to explore the country?

Kids can take a visit in some night markets full of local snacks, such as Taipei Shilin Night Market, Taichung Fengchia night market. To learn the new culture, you can go to visit National Museum of History and The Emperor's Treasure.
