About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

3 ticket

Hello, if I have a ticket from Romania to Doha, stay in Doha 8 hours, then another ticket Doha - Hanzhou and on return Hanzhou - Doha (transit) - Romania is OK?

It's OK if you have a visa. It obviously won't qualify for transit without visa because DOH-HGH-DOH isn't a transit. It's a visit to China.

In Doha there is only a stopover, the first ticket is Romania - Doha, the second is Doha - Hangzhou and the third is Hangzhou - Romania but with Doha stopover.

It doesn't matter if Doha is just a stop over.
Your first and last stop before/after China is the same country so you don't qualify for the 144h twov.
