About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I am arriving on one ticket from IST to Beijing Capital Airport on Turkish at 16:10

on another ticket I am flying from PEK to HKG on Cathay Pacific at 19:30. Is this sufficient time if I can't interline my luggage?
