can I pre-purchase my ticket from Shanghai Pudong Airport to Hangzhou?

My flight from San Francisco arrives at the PVG around 6pm to 6:30pm. Can I pre-purchase the bus ticket, so I can save some time, and may be able to get onto the 7pm bus? If I miss the 7pm, then I will have to wait another hour for the 8pm bus... Thanks!
