About:Beijing Capital Airport T2

1.5 hour at Beijing Capital Airport to transfer T2 to T3 enough time?

I will arrive from HK around 10:25 am and need to catch a flight to USA at 12:15 is the transfer time enough?

Looks like the HK flight arrives at T2 and the flight to USA will be T3.

I'm afraid you cannot. About 2 hours is needed to finish the transfer because you need to transfer between the terminal buildings.
