About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

jakarta - Guangzhou - shenzhen - Hongkong

hi, I'm Indonesia citizen.
I have a plan from Jakarta fly to Guangzhou, shenzhen, and then from Shenzhen go to Hongkong by train, then back to Jakarta, Indonesia from Hongkong.

is my route qualify for free visa ?

Yes, your itinerary is definitely eligible for 240 hour visa free transit. You should just take care that your flight from Jakarta to Guangzhou does not have any kind of landing in Hong Kong! Also, you will have to buy your Shenzhen to Hong Kong West Kowloon train ticket in advance, even before you depart from Jakarta because you will be asked to present one in both Jakarta and upon your landing in Guangzhou. It is the best to have a printout of your train ticket booking confirmation, ready to be presented to those in charge.
