Formally, your itinerary looks eligible for 240 hour visa free transit, but you have one technical problem because you will hardly find a ticket / transport from Zhuhai to Macau online in advance that you will be able to present in both Hong Kong upon your departure toward Shenzhen and in Shenzhen upon your arrival there. In reality, the only good option for Macau is to take a ferry from Shekou (in Shenzhen) to Macau. This is a ticket you can easily buy online before your travels. Also, I have to point out the fact that the only eligible way under 240 hour visa free transit is to travel by ferry from Hong Kong to Shenzhen by ferry to Shekou. So, you can proceed with your itinerary, but you will have to take a ferry from Hong Kong to Shekou in Shenzhen and when traveling from Zhuhai to Macau, you will have to take a ferry first from Zhuhai to Shekou and then from Shekou to Macau. Shekou to Macau ferry ticket will have to be bought in advance even before you depart from Hong Kong to Shenzhen, also via Shekou. If you allow me, I would suggest you to make some changes here. It would be more convenient if you take a Hong Kong to Macau ferry first. After your planned stay there take a ferry from Macau to Shekou (Shenzhen). After you have reached Shenzhen, you can proceed with your itinerary as it is presented, but you will take a Zhuhai to Hong Kong ferry in the end and that ticket has to be bought in advance as a proof that you will exit toward a third territory and in your case it will be Hong Kong. So, my suggestion for you is: Hong Kong - Macau - Shenzhen - Guangzhou - Taishan - Zhuhai - Hong Kong. This is perfectly eligible for 240 hour visa free transit. I know that I have probably confused you a bit, but I just want that you have an eligible itinerary that will allow you to visit all the places you have presented covered by 240 hour visa free transit.
