and will be staying at Holiday Inn Exp Minzuyuan Beij, 2 Minzuyuan Rd, Chaoyang Qu. So, I am wondering if this is the airport shuttle bus services from airport to that hotel?

Yes, you can first take the airport express bus at T2 and get off at Sanyuanqiao station. Then walk about 3 minutes to Sanyuanqiao metro station where you transfer to metro line 10 outer ring and get off at Beitu City station. Then walk about 9 minutes to the hotel. You may spend about 1 hour and CNY30 on this trip.
