do I need a visa for Xiamen?

hello
I'm EU (Belgian) citizen.
I will arrive on a cruise to Xiamen port for about 7 hours
do I need a visa to visit the town?
alternatively to stay on the boat??

Hi, if you will go to a third country or region different from the last one you come from after transiting in Xiamen, you are eligible for 24h twov in there. No visa will be needed.
