I want to change employer what should I do with my visa?

They’ve been threating us a lot of times because they cant pay us. I have a Z and all the permits. They are using the visa office as an excuse to lower our salary too.What should I do if I found a new employee?

Hi, as I know, you should first cancel your alien employment permit that you hold now, and then your new employer can get the FEC for you. Next, try to apply for a new work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB.
