Shanghai 144 hours flying in from Taiwan and out to Germany (over Taiwan)

Hi

My flight tickets will be as following
inward TPE -> PVG
stay 3 days in Shanghai
outward TPE -> PVG -> CDG -> HAM (one booking without entering Taiwan)

Can I get the 144 hours visa?
