Different between hard sleeper and soft sleeper in train K23

Hai, what is the different between a hard sleeper and a soft sleeper bed in K23 from Beijing to Ulaan Baatar? Some of the blog that I read have mentioned that the hard sleeper also have a 4berth bed like the soft sleeper one, and has a door too,

Thanks.

Indeed, I don't think there is much difference. The hard sleeper cabin is also 4-beds cabin and with cabin door. So I suppose this is the reason why they cancelled most soft sleeper cabin for this route. As I know, soft sleeper cabin is available on K23 on Tuesday only. For Saturday one can K3, the soft sleeper cabin is cancelled.
