About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

If my incoming flight to Beijing is from Macau, is this considered to be a domestic arrival

or an international arrival? I believe Air Macau arrives in T3, and my outgoing flight to Toronto is in T2 - will I need to go through customs and passport control on both the arrival and departure flights?

It’s an international arrival, and yes, you need to go through the customs and passport control.
