About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Is there a restriction on how many times one can apply for the 72 hour free transit?

I have a 10h layover on a flight to Mongolia, going through Beijing and on my return 2 weeks later another 24h layover in Beijing. Can I apply for the visa both times?

You don't need a visa for the 10 hours, and you don't need one for the 24 hours as long as you don't have any other stops in China.
