what are the requirement to bring my 7 yo child here for vacation

I'm currently working as a teacher in China. My employer allowed me to bring my child for two months vacation here. He gave me cert of employment and  contract.

You can apply for tourist L type or S type for your child, and the requirements are: a filled-out application form, 2 passport-style photos, your child's passport and its photocopy, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation or an invitation letter from you as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary.
