About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

3 hour transit in Shanghai

I have a passport from El Salvador, I'm flying from Milan to Tokyio with a transit stop in Shanghai Of 3 hours. Do I need a visa for China if I'm only transiting ? Thank you!!

You are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai, and no visa is needed.
