Can I get refund with the used sum at the Pudong Airport, the same location where I buy the card?

I am flying in and out from the Pudong Airport. I heard that if the money left on the card is over $10, the refund will not be given back immediately.

Yes, you can get the refund at the same station. Don’t worry, you can get it immediately but some service fee may be charged if the money is over 10yuan.
