About:Mutianyu Great Wall

Any age restriction to go the Wall?

Hi, can anyone advise if elderly above 70 years old can go great wall? Thanks

Oh, Lim, actually, you won't worry about this problem. Badaling and Mutianyu Sections of Great Wall won't be difficult for elder people. Besides, there are also have cable car inside the scenic area. Don't worry.

Hang on a second - the correct answer is it all depends on your health. Even if you purchase cable car tickets is is a long walk from the bus (10 min) to the cable car entrance and a much longer walk (15 min) and hundreds of stairs from the cable car exit to the wall itself. All of this is completely uphill.
