About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

24 hour transit visa for the transiting

I will travel to shanghai from Korea on 16 April and leave on a cruise the same day. The cruise itinerary shows 1 day at sea then stop in tanjin the following day. The cruise terminates in japan where I will fly back to. Will I qualify for one of the free transits of 24 to 144 hours free transit.

Hi, you cannot use the free transit policy. You should apply for a visa beforehand for the trip.
