Taiwan Visa?

I have a one-week trip to Taipei in May 2018. I am a U.S. resident but holds a Philippine passport. Do I need a Taiwanese visa (or a Chinese one) for this trip? Where do you apply for one in New York City.

Hi, you may need to apply for a Taiwanese visa for the trip. You can do that from Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in New York. Just give it a try.
