About:China Work Visa

US Citizen applying for work visa from outside US

I’m currently living in Korea but got a job offer to work in Shanghai. I’m trying to process all of the notaries and apostilles. I’m confused about the Chinese Embassy process. Do I just get them notarized and then go to Embassy or apostille first? Any tips to how to get this done?

Johnathan, you should first get them notarized by a local notary public and the ministry of foreign affairs, and then get them attested by the embassy of China.
