About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Visiting Xiamen for less than 24 hours

Hi, I am currently holding Vietnamese passport and valid Temporary Australian Visa. I am not exactly transiting in Xiamen but I only stay in Xiamen for less than 24 hours from Ho Chi Minh and then flying back to Australia. Am I eligible for the 24 hour direct transit? Thanks
