About:Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport

17 hour layover. Visa inquiry

I am a US citizen traveling from Bangkok to Los Angeles and have a 17 hour layover in Shenzhen. Do I need to obtain a Chinese visa prior to my flight or does 24 hour transit apply?

sorry but as I know, the 24h visa free transit is not available in this city. So you need to apply for a visa in advance.
