transit hotel Changsha

Dear all,

We are looking to book a flight from Frankfurt to Bangkok with a stopover of 12 hours in CS, see screenshot below.

I already had contact with your customer service and they told us we would get an transit hotel but I would like to have this confirmed.

We read on the website website of China Southern that you'll get a free transit hotel when you have a stopover in Guangzhou but was wondering if we also get this when we have a stopover?

We are travelling with 8 adults and a 5 month old baby so the transit hotel is critical for us because a 12 hour stopover without the transit hotel isn't an option.
