Yes, your itinerary is definitely eligible for 240 hour visa free transit and you do not need any kind of visa. I have to stress the fact that your flight from Jakarta to Guangzhou is not allowed to have the landing of any kind in Hong Kong. Also, it important to understand that your total time spent in mainland China has to be longer than 24 hours and you will have to buy your train ticket for Hong Kong West Kowloon station in advance, even before you depart from Jakarta toward Guangzhou. It is highly advisable to have your train booking confirmation (that will be sent to your email) printed out and at hand because like this you will expedite the entire process. You will have to present that confirmation (train ticket) in both Jakarta at the time of your check-in and in Guangzhou upon your landing. Have a nice visit to China.
