Sagor, your itinerary is definitely eligible for 24 hour visa free transit and you do not need any kind of visa. This is by far the most important detail. Now, I cannot tell you with 100% certainty, but you will, almost certainly, have to collect and re-check your luggage upon your landing in Kunming. In the case if you have to collect your luggage re-check it, then you will do the following. Upon your landing in Kunming the first thing that you will do will be to fill out arrival card because you will have to collect & re-check your luggage and for this reason, you will simply have to formally enter China. You will tick the box on the arrival card where it is written - transit. After that you will perform automatic fingerprinting. With a filled out arrival card and a fingerprinting receipt you will approach 24/240 hour visa free transit counter where you will apply for a temporary entry permit by presenting your flight tickets and along with arrival card and fingerprinting receipt. This is all free of any charge. After a short check you will be granted a permit and then you will cross the immigration and head to collect your luggage. When you are done with that, you will head to the check-in to re-check your luggage for the second leg of your journey. You have enough time to perform all the procedures, but try to be relatively quick with them and not to create a tense situation. By the way, it is possible that your luggage will be tagged all the way to Dhaka and without a need to collect and re-check it, but you should count on a very possible (almost certain) situation where you will have to perform the formalities I have described to you. It is quite possible that you will have the same situation on your way back to South Korea. Do you have some other landing in China during one of your journeys? Not a problem, but I would offer you some additional information if this is the case.
