About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Do I need a transit visa and how can I apply for it?

My ticket Seoul to Vienna has a layover in Beijing for 4 hours. It requires me to check in at the counters because it is different airlines and not connecting flights. I am a Filipino citizen working here in Seoul. Thank you.

Ava, you don’t need a transit G type for that because you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Beijing if you travel like that. Don't worry!
