Well, if you are taking Eastern Airlines, then you don’t need to transfer the luggage by yourself; if not, then you need to reclaim it. As for hotels, I happen to know there is an Hourly Lounge in the 7th floor of T2. If you arrive at T1, then you can take a free bus from No.8 Gate in T1 to No.27 Gate in T2.
