UK passport holder can I get a VOA in Shenzhen then fly out to Shanghai?

ReplyNo, because the VOA is for Shenzhen only. Plus, if you are HK-born, then you must travel to China on a Home Return Permit or a Chinese Travel Document, as a visa will not be issued to a Chinese citizen.11Reply
