Hello,

I'm arriving to PVG and leaving, within 144 hours, from SHA airport.
May I get the 144 hours Visa Free Access?

Yes, you can get the 144-hour stay permit. Notice you need to inform the airline when boarding and fill a card on the flight, after arrival, you need to apply to airport.
