Is it possible if I ask my chinese friend to buy a ticket for me using zhidubao? If it is possible, he will send me the electronic ticket via email or screenshoot. Do I have to collect the real ticket in the station or I can just show my email or screenshoot ? I am waiting for your reply. Thank you

Yes, your Chinese friend can help you book the ticket on 12306 by using Alipay (Zhifubao). However, you still need to collect the real ticket when you arrive at the Hongqiao Railway Station.
