transit visa issues

Question

Hi,if I leave AUS with flight to Beijing and have layover in Qingdao Liuting International Airport. Can I still use this transit Visa to leave the airport in Beijing only? Also am I eligible for this if I buy 2 one way tickets from different airlines? so 1 itinerary from AUS to Beijing and a seperate one from Bejing to the US? thank you !

I think you mean the 72h twov?It´s NOT a transit visa, that´s totally different.When you wanna use the 72h twov, just 1 stop within China is allowed.In your case, you can´t use the 72h twov.When your stay in China is under 24h, you´re eligible for the 24h free transit.You can have 2 stops in China and can leave the airport in BJ.2 seperate tickets are fine if you match the requirements.
