About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I Have Chinese passport + French long-stay visa (Titre de Séjour). Can transit UK visa-free (including changing airports and overnight stay) for me?

Unfortunately, Chinese citizens are not eligible in the group of "airside transit visa-exempt citizens" as far as UK is concerned regardless of your French long-stay visa. The solution for you is to obtain a UK transit visa or even better to avoid your transit through UK by choosing another flight option.
