About:China Visa Fees

I am studying in Shanghai and need to undergo an operation.

My mother will come from Malaysia to look after me.
She will stay at my hostel in Shanghai. Her visa is valid for 30 days. How can she extend her visa for another 60 to 90 days?

The first step is to prepare passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, valid registration form of temporary residence, and an invitation letter from you. Next, submit the application to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to apply for the extension, but the extended time won’t exceed the original duration of stay, so she cannot get 60 days or 90 days.
