About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Taïwan - Shanghai - Hong Kong

Hi!
I plan to fly to Shanghai from Taïwan, and leave after 5 days to Hong-Kong.
I think it will be good to obtain the 144h transit visa. It's right ?
Do I have to apply for it before to pay my different planes ?
Thank you!
