About:Marriage Registration in China

I have a fiance and we have a son together who is 4 year old in Shenzhen...

Hello,
I was married and divorced in Europe (Montenegro) my divorce is in Montenegrin language and translated into English which was notarized here in New York City. Our son is an American Citizen, however, I would like to know what do I need to bring to Chinese Consulate? I am holding an S2 Visa which is valid until 2025, with multiple entries. Thank you so much for your answer.
Sincerely,
Pietro Kalaj

You mean you want to get the divorce certificate attested by Chinese consulate? If yes, you need to provide passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, the divorce certificate and its copy, and other documents the consular officers consider necessary.
