About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

I am over 60 and have a chinese wife how can I get green card for China.

I have no family and am retired. My wife and I very much want to live in Shenyang. I am on social security but my wife still works and we really and truly desire to live in China. What can I do??

Dear, if your marriage has lasted for 5 years; you live in China for 5 years in a row with annual stay of no less than 9 months; and you have a stale place to live, you can try to apply for Chinese permanent residence permit. Otherwise, you can only apply for a Q1 type and then get a temporary residence permit to live in China.
