About:Beijing - Shanghai High Speed Train

Are there any luggage restrictions on the Beijing to Shanghai train?

It should be 20kg per person with a dimensions within 160cm. However, the luggage hardly be weighted or measured as long as them are not too large. You can take all your luggage with you
