Border crossing for a Philippine passport holder

Can a Philippine passport holder pass through kunming from Luang Prabang Laos? If so, how many days can she stay in china without any relation to an international tour?

If you are going to a third region, you can enjoy 24h visa-free stay in Kunming. Or, a visa is required.
