About:How to Travel from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen

Does commuter need to alight from their Vehicle for custom clearance or they can just remain in their vehicle while chauffeur drives through ?

Yes, they need to get off the vehicle for custom clearance of Mainland China. The car will wait for passengers on the other side, so they can get onboard after the immigration procedures.

Meaning If i book a private car from HK airport to ShenZhen hotel, the route will be as follows: HK airport to Shenzhen boarder. All will need to alight for custom check. Then after custom check, find back the car then can go to Shenzhen hotel? Estimate how long from HK airport to Shenzhen Futian district?
