Do I qualify for the 72 hour free stay?

I will be flying from LAX (connecting in TPE) to PVG arriving on a Saturday (12:05pm). I will be leaving PVG to HKG on Monday (12:30pm) and staying in HKG for one day before heading to LAX. Would I be eligible for the 72 hour free stay?
