About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I qualify for 240hr visa

My travel is From USA (Boston) to China (flying through Hong Kong) 7 day tour, Beijing, Xian, and Shanghai. Departing through Hong Kong to Boston Ma. USA

Sorry that you don't qualify for the 240h free transit as your previous stop before Mainland China and next stop after Mainland China is both HK, which will not be considered an international transit route. It's advised to change your layover city for either onward trip or return trip to fit in the policy. For example, after your trip in Chinese mainland, proceed first to Macau, then onto Hong Kong to take the return flight, HK - Chinese Mainland - Macau is an eligible route for 240-hour visa-free transit.
